first copy, webcam picture. will be updated when I got the time. uploaded for mista producer to watch. dunno what to say about it, back looks awesome. front is not an classic front cover but I kinda likes it. cheers.
three thoughts about opinion. the last one is a twister.
#1 my opinion is never your opinion if your opinion is the general opinion. see? 'cause the general opinion is influenced by the general person which by default is stupid. and that's a fact.. no, not the individual, don't you read? it's the general person mind you.
that's also why my opinion will never matter 'cause once it does it's part of the general opinion. alas, that's why my thoughts are priceless compared to yours. yes, you heard me you general person.
#2 if your opinion is my opinion, then why would I ever bother to discuss yours when mine is so much better?
#3 I love to discuss their opinion since mine only gets valid when we disagree.
in a way I'm deep in water with this one but just found a sketchbook with some drawings and notes. the drawings has to wait though since I'm out on both camera and scanner.
Metrik, a guy over at stencilrevolution, did a piece with clouds. had to try it out for a sketch. saw this guy at the train with a breathing mask. one of those white once. one scary piece of meat I tell you.
edit: I'm supposed to be texture and whatnot but haven't seen much of that lately, have we now? fixed.
before anyone jumps the wagon, a jellyfish doesn't have a brain. that said.. creative enough or not funny at all? trying to go the extra mile, not just something I make 'cause I find it worthwhile. I could try to up my skills or I just go with a subtle second meaning. I prefer the later, not just 'cause I'm lazy.
edit: this is turning into one of those epic pieces that never ends. I'll have to wrap this up and move on.
some progress photos while I'm stuck. what's left is making the shadows on the top-part of the jellyfish.. I suppose I'll change something else along the way too but that's yet to come.
thank you Picasa Web Album for allowing me big size photos, not. you get an idea at least.
I'm not the one to go on about stuff not related to my blog, art and stuff, but this will be one of few exception. a leopard seal at its best (follow link). while you're there I'd take the opportunity to sign up for national geographic youtube-channel, it's the best.
picture by Paul Nicklen for National Geographic, don't forget.
added some of the arty farty stuff for the cover, it will be a foldable CD case that is glued together. missing now is a label symbol and some contact info. I'm going for save a tree kill a lumber added somewhere as well.. hopefully as part of the label symbol that, of date, is not done yet.
